At Therapy are working in conjunction with Alison Coyle at “Hand Coach” to offer a range of splinting workshops for new and experienced Hand Therapists.
The new website www.handcoach.co.nz offers a range of workshops through out the year.
Hand Coach was established to provide workshops, courses and resources to support therapists in their hand therapy professional development.
Hand Coach courses are approved by HTNZ and the Basic & Advanced Splinting workshops are a requirement for achieving Hand Therapy registration.
Other courses / workshops are provided to meet the learning needs of hand therapists across the country, from “budding newbie” to “seasoned pro” wishing to extend their skill set and confidence in this specialized field.

We are running a series of practical workshops throughout the year with something for both the novice and experienced therapist. Our workshops are all practical hands-on. You will be shown how to and get the chance to make a variety of splints and supports. This practical component ensures that you get the most out of the experience and finish the course with a new skill set.
