Alison Coyle, Occupational Therapist and Registered Hand Therapist introduces the Mediroyal Manex Radial Splint and demonstrates how to mould and fit the splint along with fabrication & fitting of the wrist component.

  • Sizing corresponds to wrist circumference and is both right or left specific.
  • The splint has a thermoplastic insert that requires moulding.
  • Alison demonstrates her tip for moulding in a plastic bag to allow for easy removal if re-moulding and adjustments are required.
  • Conforming fit and with comfortable wrist extension.

The Manex Radial Hand Splint  is made of NeoTex material. Specifically developed for patients with radial paresis but can also be used for other diagnoses. Including, carpal tunnel syndrome, post traumatic after radius fracture, ulnar drift of fingers or subluxation of MCP joints.
